Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate medical services and act as main point of contact for clients, patients, and providers
  • Resolve routine and complex inquiries with strong judgment
  • Research issues and drive resolutions for escalated cases
  • Document interactions and updates accurately across systems
  • Run and interpret reports; support billing and admin tasks
  • Mentor and guide less-experienced team members
  • Meet/exceed performance metrics and follow HIPAA standards

What You Need

  • 2 years post-high school education or 3+ years relevant experience
  • Customer service experience in healthcare strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing workload independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
