Schedule
- Full-time, remote

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate medical services and act as main point of contact for clients, patients, and providers
- Resolve routine and complex inquiries with strong judgment
- Research issues and drive resolutions for escalated cases
- Document interactions and updates accurately across systems
- Run and interpret reports; support billing and admin tasks
- Mentor and guide less-experienced team members
- Meet/exceed performance metrics and follow HIPAA standards
What You Need
- 2 years post-high school education or 3+ years relevant experience
- Customer service experience in healthcare strongly preferred
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing workload independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
