What You’ll Do
- Receive warm transfers from licensed sales agents after needs analysis is complete
- Deliver all CMS and carrier disclosures clearly and confirm client understanding
- Guide beneficiaries through Medicare Advantage applications with accuracy
- Verify client information, eligibility, and plan selections before submission
- Ensure strict adherence to CMS marketing and enrollment guidelines
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare products, regulations, and enrollment procedures
- Document all interactions and applications in CRM and enrollment software
- Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to ensure seamless client experiences
What You Need
- Active health insurance license in your resident state
- Current 2026 AHIP certification (required)
- Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status with national/regional Medicare Advantage carriers for 2026
- 1–2 years of Medicare sales or enrollment experience
- Private, distraction-free home office with stable high-speed internet
- Proficiency with CRM and enrollment platforms
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to ethical compliance
