What You’ll Do

  • Answer inquiries from members, providers, brokers, and employer groups
  • Verify benefits, claims, prescriptions, and authorizations
  • Explain coverage, enrollment, provider networks, and premium billing
  • Handle complaints, appeals, and forward concerns appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, DMHC, NCQA, and other healthcare standards
  • Assist with payments, billing reminders, and education projects
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues quickly

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of call center representative experience
  • 1+ year of Medicare customer service or in-office Medicare experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and performance standards
  • Proficiency with computers and accurate documentation skills

Preferred

  • Epic database experience
  • AA degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
