What You’ll Do
- Answer calls from providers regarding Medicare eligibility, benefits, copays, and claims
- Verify member coverage, benefit types, and eligibility dates
- Estimate out-of-pocket costs and explain member copays
- Meet performance goals in efficiency, quality, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client policies, and BroadPath standards
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a health plan Provider or Member Customer Service Representative
- 1+ year of experience working from home
- Strong multitasking skills with computer and phone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay focused, accurate, and productive in a repetitive call environment
