Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • Training: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
  • Production: 8:00am–8:00pm PT
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Verify member coverage, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim status
  • Estimate out-of-pocket costs and explain copays
  • Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, adherence, and attendance
  • Provide a positive customer experience while ensuring HIPAA compliance

What You Need

  • At least 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
  • 1+ year of recent experience as a health plan Provider or Member Customer Service Rep
  • 1+ year of remote work experience
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills (typing, navigating multiple windows, inputting data quickly and accurately)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak seasons
