Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Verify member eligibility, coverage, copayments, and claims status for Medicare-related services
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses for procedures and explain copayment structures
- Deliver excellent service while meeting call quality, efficiency, and compliance metrics
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to HIPAA and client guidelines
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months of recent Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- 1+ year in a provider or member-facing health plan customer service role
- 1+ year of experience working remotely from home
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to search, type, and document in real-time
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexible to support seasonal changes in scheduling
