Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US-based)
  • Mandatory paid training: 12 weeks (100% attendance required)
  • Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–9:00pm EST; Sat 9:00am–7:30pm EST
  • All equipment provided; assessments must be completed on a computer/laptop

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with billing, quotes, medical/pharmacy benefits, claims research, and materials requests
  • Document every interaction accurately in web-based systems and update member information
  • De-escalate concerns, educate members, and resolve issues within established protocols
  • Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and share insights with the team
  • Meet schedule adherence, quality, and performance targets

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior call center or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication, active listening, and multitasking skills
  • Confident computer user; able to navigate multiple tabs, search tools, and systems
  • Able to sit for extended periods and pass background, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Enclosed, distraction-free workspace
  • Hardline high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable) meeting 20 Mbps download / 12 Mbps upload minimum
  • No hotspots, satellite, or wireless-only service
