Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Mandatory paid training: 12 weeks (100% attendance required)
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–9:00pm EST; Sat 9:00am–7:30pm EST
- All equipment provided; assessments must be completed on a computer/laptop
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members with billing, quotes, medical/pharmacy benefits, claims research, and materials requests
- Document every interaction accurately in web-based systems and update member information
- De-escalate concerns, educate members, and resolve issues within established protocols
- Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and share insights with the team
- Meet schedule adherence, quality, and performance targets
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior call center or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication, active listening, and multitasking skills
- Confident computer user; able to navigate multiple tabs, search tools, and systems
- Able to sit for extended periods and pass background, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Enclosed, distraction-free workspace
- Hardline high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable) meeting 20 Mbps download / 12 Mbps upload minimum
- No hotspots, satellite, or wireless-only service
