What You’ll Do

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls and chats from members, providers, and vendors with a respectful, compassionate, solution-oriented approach
  • Work with your team to manage all member inquiries and aim for first-call resolution
  • Own the member journey end-to-end by researching and resolving complex cases
  • Support members with health plan questions including billing and claims, prior authorizations, and benefits coverage
  • Guide members to the best-fit services, including virtual care, second opinions, and other healthcare resources
  • Route clinical opportunities internally and help ensure continuity of care
  • Explain benefits clearly so members can make informed healthcare decisions
  • Use VoIP phone systems (e.g., CXOne), Google apps, Apple products, and CRM software to document and manage interactions
  • Represent Included Health’s mission and scope of services consistently across every interaction
  • Maintain high-quality service that is perceptive, skilled, and member-focused

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Experience using VoIP phone systems (e.g., CXOne) and comfort handling high call volume all day
  • Strong working knowledge of Google apps, Apple products, and CRM tools, with the ability to adapt to proprietary systems
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic, solutions-first approach

  • Pay: $21.00 per hour for this contract position (U.S. new hire rate)
