Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must live and work in the U.S.)
- Standard business hours, with flexibility based on call volume
- Secure, distraction-free home office required
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and chats with empathy, aiming for first-call resolution
- Own the member journey—research, resolve, and follow through on complex cases without unnecessary handoffs
- Answer questions about claims, billing, prior authorizations, and benefit coverage with accuracy and compassion
- Guide members to access care services, from virtual visits to expert second opinions
- Educate members on their healthcare options, empowering them to make informed decisions
- Use VoIP, Google apps, Apple tools, and CRM systems to manage and document member interactions effectively
- Represent Included Health’s mission with professionalism and care in every interaction
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of healthcare experience OR 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls (VoIP systems like CXOne a plus)
- Proficiency with Google apps, Apple products, and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to remain focused and professional in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract role starting at $21/hour; transition to permanent after 5 months
- Permanent hire rate: $24.10/hour + expanded responsibilities
