Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (eligible states: FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MO, OH, TX, WI)
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST
  • No on-call expectations; occasional Saturday shifts may be scheduled in advance

Responsibilities

  • Provide omnichannel support to members and prospective members (phone, email, online banking, debit card, and payments).
  • Deliver consistent, positive member experiences using active listening, empathy, and de-escalation skills.
  • Safeguard member assets by adhering to risk mitigation procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Accurately document all member interactions, call history, and case notes.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call volume, quality, and first-call resolution.
  • Educate members on Connexus products, services, and digital tools to build trust and strengthen relationships.
  • Participate in projects, volunteer for initiatives, and take ownership of personal development.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related customer service or call center experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, remain professional under pressure, and provide positive member experiences
  • Proficiency with Windows, internet research, and database tools
  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow
