Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Mandatory paid training (2 weeks, 100% attendance required)
  • Call center hours:
    • Mon–Fri: 8 AM–8 PM EST
    • Sat–Sun: 9 AM–5:30 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Make ~50 outbound calls/hour to schedule free health evaluations
  • Use provided scripts and rebuttals to engage members
  • Book appointments with licensed healthcare providers
  • Answer inbound calls and adjust or reschedule appointments
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Meet performance goals for calls, scheduling, and productivity
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and report member concerns

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 2+ years of call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule and meet call volume goals
  • Reliable high-speed internet (no hotspots or Wi-Fi-only connections)
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
  • Must live in the U.S. and pass background checks and pre-hire testing
