Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Mandatory paid training (2 weeks, 100% attendance required)
- Call center hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8 AM–8 PM EST
- Sat–Sun: 9 AM–5:30 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Make ~50 outbound calls/hour to schedule free health evaluations
- Use provided scripts and rebuttals to engage members
- Book appointments with licensed healthcare providers
- Answer inbound calls and adjust or reschedule appointments
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Meet performance goals for calls, scheduling, and productivity
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and report member concerns
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 2+ years of call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work a fixed schedule and meet call volume goals
- Reliable high-speed internet (no hotspots or Wi-Fi-only connections)
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
- Must live in the U.S. and pass background checks and pre-hire testing
