Schedule
- Full-time, remote (work from home)
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST; Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
- Mandatory paid training: 2 weeks, 100% attendance required
- All equipment provided
What You’ll Do
- Make ~50 outbound calls per hour via auto-dialer; convert conversations into scheduled in-home or virtual evaluations
- Follow approved scripts, answer questions, and use prepared rebuttals to overcome objections
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments across multiple systems
- Hit daily goals for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
- Protect member privacy (HIPAA), document activity accurately, and escalate complaints when needed
- Join peer side-by-side coaching; complete overtime as business needs require
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drive to succeed in a results-focused outbound call center; sales experience preferred
- Friendly, clear communicator with a strong work ethic and confidentiality mindset
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and tabs
- Prior high-volume call center and auto-dialer experience highly desirable
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screen
- Provide two valid IDs and proof of education at onboarding
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Reliable cabled internet: 20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download, latency ≤ 100 ms
- No satellite, cellular, hotspot, or Wi-Fi-only connections
- Quiet, secure workspace (you provide furniture)
- Consistent schedule adherence and security compliance

- Base pay: $13/hour with scheduled pay increases based on tenure
- Monthly incentives start the first of the month after training—earn up to $1,125/month (up to ~$7/hour extra) based on schedule consistency and appointments-per-hour performance
