Schedule
- Full-time, remote role in the US.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends preferred to maximize outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to potential members.
- Explain program benefits, address concerns, and encourage enrollment.
- Build trust and rapport through empathy and tailored communication.
- Achieve performance metrics for member engagement.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and adhere to all regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or population health management a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and call center software preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
