Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote (U.S.)
- Flexible scheduling between Monday–Saturday, 6 AM–8 PM PST
- Base pay up to $18 per hour + monthly bonus potential
What You’ll Do
- Call prospective members to explain the Wellth program
- Guide members through downloading and using the Wellth app
- Build rapport and assist with enrolling individuals in the program
- Conduct follow-up outreach to collect feedback and support member needs
- Help patients understand technology and feel comfortable with the app
What You Need
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and address member objections
- Empathy, patience, and a mission-driven mindset
- Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Familiarity with Android/iOS mobile devices
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
