Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Monday–Saturday, between 6 AM–8 PM PST
- Base up to $18/hr + monthly bonus

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members and explain the Wellth program
- Guide individuals step-by-step through app download and onboarding
- Answer questions with patience and empathy
- Handle objections and clearly communicate program benefits
- Support feedback outreach to ensure member voices are heard
- Maintain accurate notes and follow processes with care
- Support individuals who may be hesitant about technology or healthcare programs
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills
- Confidence in guiding people through mobile app setup (iOS & Android)
- Ability to meet high call volume goals and stay organized
- Empathy, patience, and a supportive tone
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
