About Fetch Pet Insurance

Schedule
- Remote (must reside in New York, NY)
- Full-time, 40–42 hours per week
- Shifts vary between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Sunday
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and outbound follow-ups
- Support policyholders with billing, claims, technical issues, and general inquiries
- Educate customers on Fetch tools (app, IVR, account portal)
- Act as a brand ambassador with every customer interaction
- Collaborate with your team to improve workflows and share insights
- Track daily progress against set goals and ensure first-call resolution
- Participate in training, meetings, and upskilling opportunities
What You Need
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multitask while listening, typing, and navigating systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with empathy and patience
- Success working in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work-from-Home Setup
- Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload minimum)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Room for dual monitors, laptop, phone, and headset (equipment provided)
- Ability to self-install with remote IT support
