Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (based in New York, NY)
- Must maintain a minimum 40-hour work week with varied shifts, including occasional weekends
- Requires Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states (company covers licensing fees)
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls/emails to completion
- Resolve customer concerns with innovative solutions while amplifying the customer’s voice
- Negotiate and retain customers by highlighting Fetch’s product value
- Resell policies and build customer loyalty through education and proactive support
- Document all interactions in tracking systems and provide timely follow-up
- Analyze customer needs and deliver real-time solutions
- Provide feedback to improve internal processes and customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years in a call center environment (retention call center experience preferred)
- Strong first-time close sales ability and negotiation skills
- Property & Casualty license (multi-state; company paid)
- Able to multitask (systems access, customer conversations, real-time listening)
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Independent worker and collaborative team player with strong follow-through
- Proficiency with phone applications, G-Suite, and internet browsers
