Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
What You’ll Do
- Respond to provider inquiries about member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses for services and explain copayment structures
- Meet goals for call quality, efficiency, and first-call resolution
- Accurately document interactions while complying with HIPAA and company policies
What You Need
- 1+ year of recent experience in a provider service role within a health plan
- Excellent multitasking skills using computer and phone systems simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a structured remote environment
