Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
  • Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
  • Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to provider inquiries about member eligibility, coverage, benefits, copayments, and claims
  • Estimate out-of-pocket expenses for services and explain copayment structures
  • Meet goals for call quality, efficiency, and first-call resolution
  • Accurately document interactions while complying with HIPAA and company policies

What You Need

  • 1+ year of recent experience in a provider service role within a health plan
  • Excellent multitasking skills using computer and phone systems simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a structured remote environment
