What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries regarding pharmacy, membership, and product information
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
- Navigate multiple computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy
- Complete required training and demonstrate proficiency in customer service standards
What You Need
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years Medicare Advantage claims and customer service experience with DSNP knowledge
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare/call center software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
