Schedule
- Part-time: 30 hours per week
- Work from home
- Occasional overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound phone support for Copart members with empathy and professionalism
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering clear and effective solutions
- Strive for “first-call resolution” while meeting call quality and productivity standards
- Use company systems and resources to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer needs
- Document all interactions accurately and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform additional office support tasks as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of office support or customer service experience preferred
- Must be bilingual in Russian, Arabic, or Farsi (Persian)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type at least 45 WPM
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Pay
- $16.04 – $22.00 per hour
- California, Colorado, New York, Washington: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
