Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • Training: 8:00am–4:30pm EST (4 weeks)
  • Nesting: 2 weeks
  • Production: 9:00am–9:30pm EST
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 50+ inbound calls daily, assisting members, providers, and stakeholders
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and educate members on plan procedures and benefits
  • Maintain high-quality service, professionalism, and accuracy in every call
  • Meet call center metrics including volume, QA scores, and schedule adherence

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or health plan settings
  • 1+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
  • Dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Medicaid Managed Care
