Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Training: 8:00am–4:30pm EST (4 weeks)
- Nesting: 2 weeks
- Production: 9:00am–9:30pm EST
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Handle 50+ inbound calls daily, assisting members, providers, and stakeholders
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and educate members on plan procedures and benefits
- Maintain high-quality service, professionalism, and accuracy in every call
- Meet call center metrics including volume, QA scores, and schedule adherence
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or health plan settings
- 1+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
- Dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid Managed Care
