Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (Baltimore, MD area preferred)
  • Start Date: Monday, November 10, 2025
  • Must be available for call center shift coverage

What You’ll Do

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls from members, providers, and employer groups
  • Issue service authorizations and respond to claims inquiries
  • Provide accurate benefit and eligibility information
  • Process customer requests for ID cards, service questions, and authorization updates
  • Use internal systems to track, verify, and resolve caller inquiries
  • Report service issues and collaborate with Provider Relations and Sales teams
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect all confidential data
  • Deliver a professional, courteous, and efficient customer service experience

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); business-related college courses preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • 2+ years in healthcare or insurance (preferred)
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy protocols
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to meet call center metrics
