The Role
As a Member Support Advocate, you’ll be the trusted guide helping members navigate their personalized Wellth program, resolve technical issues, and access healthcare services through their insurance and care providers. You’ll proactively remove barriers to care and connect members with the tools, providers, and resources they need to manage their health successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer questions about Wellth Rewards and troubleshoot technical/app issues
- Assist with healthcare access (finding providers, scheduling appointments, arranging follow-up care)
- Help members access plan benefits like medical devices, Rx delivery, or transportation
- Re-engage members struggling with adherence or app check-ins
- Communicate with empathy across phone, text, and email
- Advocate for members by guiding them through available benefits and resources
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Track and suggest improvements to support strategies
What You Bring
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong tech proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Prior experience with health insurance or care coordination preferred
- Experience serving diverse or underserved populations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare navigation or customer service background preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$28/hour USD
