Schedule

  • Remote, U.S. only (must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX)
  • Full-time position, start date: Monday, October 27
  • Dedicated private workspace with reliable internet required
  • Equipment provided

What You’ll Do

  • Answer calls from members or caregivers regarding orders, products, billing, and account services
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, website navigation, and product use
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Medical Guardian’s products and services
  • Perform account updates and thoroughly document interactions
  • De-escalate dissatisfied callers, research issues, and resolve problems
  • Promote and upsell additional products and services to existing members
  • Meet performance goals while collaborating with a supportive team

What You Need

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer/member service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to service

Compensation & Benefits

  • $17/hour, with equipment provided
