Schedule
- Remote, U.S. only (must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX)
- Full-time position, start date: Monday, October 27
- Dedicated private workspace with reliable internet required

What You’ll Do
- Answer calls from members or caregivers regarding orders, products, billing, and account services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, website navigation, and product use
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Medical Guardian’s products and services
- Perform account updates and thoroughly document interactions
- De-escalate dissatisfied callers, research issues, and resolve problems
- Promote and upsell additional products and services to existing members
- Meet performance goals while collaborating with a supportive team
What You Need
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer/member service or call center experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to service
Compensation & Benefits
- $17/hour, with equipment provided
