Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (U.S. only)
  • $18/hr + full benefits
  • Weekday & weekend availability required
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (flexible scheduling available)

What You’ll Do

  • Support members via phone, email, and text with empathy and clarity
  • Assist with program and tech questions; troubleshoot mobile issues
  • Monitor participation and follow up with non-adherent members
  • Alert care teams if member health concerns arise
  • Represent Wellth with professionalism and compassion every day

What You Need

  • Excellent customer support communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Tech-savvy with mobile apps & CRM familiarity
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • High empathy, patience, and service-focused mindset
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
