Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (U.S.)
  • Weekday and weekend availability required
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (flexibility encouraged)
  • $18/hr + full benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Support members via phone, text, and email
  • Assist with app use and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor member adherence and escalate care needs when needed
  • Guide non-adherent members and encourage healthy habits
  • Respond to daily member questions with empathy and clarity
  • Be the voice of Wellth for members and support positive program engagement

What You Need

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify tech instructions and support less tech-savvy users
  • Empathy, patience, and a service-minded attitude
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with iOS/Android mobile experience and CRM familiarity
  • Self-driven with a professional and collaborative mindset
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
