About Medical Guardian

Our Member Support Specialists guide members and caregivers through activations, troubleshooting, billing, and account services, all within a supportive, team-driven environment. This role offers the chance to provide peace of mind, security, and—at times—life-saving assistance.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the USA
- Must reside in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX
- Start Date: Monday, September 8th
- Dedicated private workspace with required internet speed
- Equipment provided
- Paid Time Off available after 60 days (perfect attendance required during first 60 days)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members or caregivers regarding products, billing, and account services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, site navigation, or product usage
- Maintain strong knowledge of Medical Guardian products, services, and billing practices
- Update accounts and document all member interactions
- De-escalate dissatisfied member situations, research issues, and provide solutions
- Promote additional products and services during service calls
- Meet qualitative and quantitative performance objectives
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of member service call center or member-facing experience preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented
- Strong active listening, communication, and organization skills

- $17 per hour
