Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the USA
- Start date: Monday, September 8th
- Must reside in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX
- Paid Time Off available after 60 days (perfect attendance required during first 60 days)
- Dedicated private workspace and reliable high-speed internet required

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members or caregivers regarding orders, products, billing, or account services
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, website navigation, and product usage
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Medical Guardian products, services, and billing practices
- Update accounts and document all interactions to ensure accurate member records
- De-escalate challenging situations and offer effective resolutions
- Promote additional products and services to existing members (upselling add-ons)
- Collaborate with team members to improve the member experience
- Meet or exceed personal and team performance goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of member service, call center, or member-facing experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task
- Professional, enthusiastic, and compassionate demeanor
- Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Compensation
- $17 per hour
