ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Seasonal Admin Team Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the performance and success of our Seasonal Admins. In this integral position, you will collaborate closely with the Year Round Supervisor and Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our administrative processes, while providing exceptional customer and vendor support. Your role will involve guiding and motivating a team of Seasonal Admins, offering direction, feedback, and problem-solving solutions, all while maintaining a high-quality work environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of Seasonal Admins, offering guidance and performance feedback to the Year Round Supervisor and Manager.
- Provide direction and assign tasks to your team through Slack and/or email.
- Answer questions and prioritize the handling of complex issues.
- Act as an advocate for our customer and/or Vendor and be an empathetic problem-solver.
- Work directly with our customer and/or Vendor to resolve complex and escalated issues.
- Create and maintain a high-quality work environment so that team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
- Monitor the department workload, ensuring an appropriate allocation of resources within the team to complete work on time and efficiently.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Zendesk Ticketing System
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior leadership or customer/vendor facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsive and flexible, able to embrace and implement change.
- Experience motivating and guiding a team.
- Track record for exceeding expectations and striving for excellence.
- Ability to manage projects, multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. C
- Comfort working with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, Data Entry, Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
