What You’ll Do
- Present and communicate loan products and services to clients
- Help clients complete loan applications and required paperwork
- Review client financials to confirm eligibility and structure the deal
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline and to close
- Collaborate with in-house processors and support staff to keep deals on track
What You Need
- NMLS license (required)
- Knowledge of conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
- Hard money experience (plus)
- DRE license (plus)
- Strong phone sales skills and ability to convert leads to loans
