If you’re good on the phone, quick on the keyboard, and you don’t fold when someone hits you with “We don’t do discounts,” this is your lane. You’re basically selling a prompt-pay discount program to medical providers while moving bills through a production queue.

Quick gut-check
This is a call-center-style production role. If you hate quotas, repetitive queues, or being measured on speed/accuracy, it’ll feel like a cage. If you like structured targets and you’re persuasive under pressure, you can win here.
