If you’re good on the phone, quick on the keyboard, and you don’t fold when someone hits you with “We don’t do discounts,” this is your lane. You’re basically selling a prompt-pay discount program to medical providers while moving bills through a production queue.

About Enlyte
Enlyte supports recovery after workplace injuries or auto accidents using tech + clinical expertise + human support, working with insurance carriers and providers.

Schedule

  • Full-time, work-from-home (anywhere in the U.S.)
  • Department: Sales & Client Services
  • Pay: $16.90 – $20.50/hour

  • Manage a personal work queue and hit productivity/quality targets (calls, bills/hour, low error rate)
  • Coordinate with teammates, offshore partners, and leadership to resolve issues and meet goals

What You Need

  • High school diploma/GED (extra coursework is a plus)
  • 1–2 years in sales, call center, or other high-volume production work (preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and comfort “selling” to medical professionals
  • Fast, accurate typing/data entry while talking
  • Detail-oriented and okay with repetitive workflow

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision
  • HSA/FSA
  • Life and AD&D insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • 24 days paid vacation/holidays in year one + sick days
  • Home office equipment (laptop + monitor)
  • Mileage/travel reimbursement when applicable

Quick gut-check
This is a call-center-style production role. If you hate quotas, repetitive queues, or being measured on speed/accuracy, it’ll feel like a cage. If you like structured targets and you’re persuasive under pressure, you can win here.
