You’ll be the glue between sales, field techs, and customers: scheduling, invoicing, accounts receivable, and keeping the day-to-day from turning into chaos. Surface Experts provides spot repairs for hard surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, and more. Their model focuses on fast, clean repairs as an alternative to replacement or full resurfacing, with a sustainability angle (less waste) and a strong customer service culture. This role is with the Central Tampa franchise, independently owned and operated.

Schedule
• Full time
• Remote (listed as remote, role based in Tampa area)
• Replies within 24 hours (fast-moving posting)
• Cross-functional coordination with sales, technicians, and support center

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate daily operations with sales, field technicians, and the support center
• Manage calendars and schedule last-minute stops for technicians
• Handle invoicing, price adjustments, accounts receivable, expenses, and compliance tasks
• Schedule repairs and service appointments with customers and team members
• Answer phones and capture detailed notes
• Manage files (electronic and paper) and keep records organized
• Send estimates and update customer accounts for the sales team
• Track add-ons and confirm repair photos are uploaded into the software
• Maintain customer database and build reports/tools to support the business
• Manage company auto fleet needs (maintenance, repairs, insurance)
• Join and participate in scheduled meetings
• Communicate with customers and support center to set expectations and drive follow-up

What You Need
• Previous office/admin experience (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and general software tools
• Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through
• Calm, professional, can-do mindset (you’ll be handling curveballs)
• High attention to detail and pride of ownership
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business preferred)
• Nice to have: Notary Public certification
