  • Must be able to work an 8-hour shift within 5:00 AM–8:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday
  • One Saturday shift per month

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan anchored to their goals
  • Support Pros through their first 30 days to help them hit activity targets and achieve early wins
  • Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your portfolio
  • Listen for needs, handle objections, solve problems, and reinforce the value of the product
  • Coach customers on implementing Housecall Pro into their business and using core features effectively
  • Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate to the right resolution path when needed
  • Collaborate as a strong team player with clear communication, presentation skills, and creative problem-solving

What You Need

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency (preferred)
  • 6+ months of outbound sales/prospecting experience (plus)
