What You’ll Do
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients transitioning to PX Technology’s prior authorization solution
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor onboarding accordingly
- Provide training sessions for medical practice staff on prior authorization software
- Guide clients through software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns quickly
- Ensure data and system integrations are completed accurately and on schedule
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing adoption support
- Collect feedback and share insights to improve solutions and processes
- Document client configurations, training materials, and onboarding workflows
- Report on client satisfaction, onboarding progress, and key metrics to leadership
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success—healthcare or software industry strongly preferred
- Experience with prior authorization processes and medical practice administration (a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
- Moderate noise level in remote or office environment
