What You’ll Do
• Deliver best-in-class training to new veterinary customers
• Prep before calls so implementation is efficient and practical
• Use customer success stories to build momentum and excitement during onboarding
• Run onboarding through multiple software tools and workflows
• Maximize platform usage in the first 30 days (adoption is the scoreboard)
• Help merchants optimize marketing and placement of Cherry in-practice
• Provide best practices and materials that increase revenue and usage
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve internal processes and product
What You Need
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong customer experience instincts and a service mindset
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Natural interpersonal skills (you can build trust quickly)
• Comfort learning and working across multiple software tools
• Adaptable troubleshooting skills and calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver
• Bonus: experience in sales, customer success, or account management
