What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for new hospitals and veterinarians joining Roo
  • Walk users through account setup, platform orientation, and best practices tailored to their workflows
  • Track onboarding milestones and proactively unblock activation issues
  • Coordinate smooth handoffs with Business Development and Account Management
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Hospital Success to improve onboarding content and tools
  • Gather new-user feedback and turn it into process improvements
  • Deliver a strong first impression through responsiveness, empathy, and follow-through

What You Need

  • 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, client enablement, or ops (tech-enabled or marketplace preferred)
  • Strong communication, especially simplifying “complicated” into “easy”
  • Organized, detail-oriented, strong follow-through
  • Comfortable with multiple systems (CRM, ticketing, analytics) and managing multiple onboarding tracks
  • Preferred: vet practice or hospital management experience, healthcare, or B2B SaaS experience
  • Comfortable working remote and customer-facing
