What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding programs for new Carrier and MGA clients
- Coordinate communication across internal teams—business development, claims, product, and technology
- Conduct product demos and customer meetings to showcase value
- Act as a technical expert, adapting onboarding processes to each client’s needs
- Analyze customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements
- Design and deliver training programs to improve technical and product knowledge
- Establish KPIs, create dashboards, and report on onboarding success
What You Need
- 5+ years of claims experience (Auto, Property, Liability, or Injury)
- 3+ years in a client-facing or customer experience role
- Ability to interpret insurance policies and translate insights for onboarding
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and continuous learning approach
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
