What You’ll Do

  • Support new group setup, including reviewing configurations in the MedWatch system for accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with group renewals and audit monthly renewals for accuracy and timely distribution
  • Help prepare and distribute fee schedules
  • Support special projects and general operations-related admin work
  • Communicate with clients and internal staff via phone and email
  • Partner with Accounting to help resolve outstanding invoice issues
  • Maintain understanding of MedWatch reporting and standard processes
  • Provide administrative support across the organization as needed

What You Need

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to learn and use internal applications
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset (internal and external)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with follow-through to execution
  • Knowledge of insurance, self-funded, and stop loss industry (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)
  • Some college or higher education (preferred, not required)
