This position shall lead a team responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end order fulfillment process is successfully and efficiently executed against. This position will coordinate across all order fulfillment functional teams sales, customer service, procurement, planning, distribution, and AR to support the Neogen customer base and a successful complete and on-time metric execution. This position will liaison closely with IT to optimize and streamline the global order fulfillment business process using analytics and technology ensuring that waste is removed where it exists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global end-to-end order fulfillment process stakeholders (sales, customer service, procurement, planning, distribution, and AR) to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions
- Identify and resolve systems issues within the Neogen technical landscape
- Conduct in-depth tests for modified and new systems or applications
- Manage order resolution in resolving problems and answer questions
- Assess, prioritize, and present solutions or optimization opportunities within the Neogen technical landscape
- Interpret users’ problems over phone and respond with solutions
- Lead regular sessions with the order fulfillment stakeholders to satisfy customer requirements and adherence to the defined complete and on-time metrics
- Gather business requirements as needed write up change requests for IT if required
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output; identify and eliminate process waste
- Prepare and maintain reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment and adherence to defined KPIs.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years direct experience in SAP Order Fulfillment.
- In depth knowledge of the order fulfillment process from customer ordering thru shipment and invoicing.
