What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for key customers, managing inquiries and fulfillment
  • Monitor and manage orders through every stage: release, delivery, disputes
  • Support sales team with order tracking, product availability, rebates, and claims
  • Manage customer portals and performance scorecards
  • Analyze account metrics and customer data for insights and optimization
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams
  • Forecast demand and support inventory planning

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Kustomer, Five9, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and shifting priorities
