Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Paid training: 10 days, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Call center operates Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–9 PM CST (shifts assigned at hire)
What You’ll Do
- Make 300–400 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer
- Explain and schedule free healthcare evaluations for health plan members
- Use 20+ approved scripts and handle rebuttals with professionalism
- Meet daily performance targets for dials, appointments, and quality metrics
- Adjust or reschedule appointments as needed
- Document performance results and escalate complaints when necessary
- Follow HIPAA and privacy requirements when handling health information
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required
- Outbound or high-volume call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills—persuasive yet professional
- Ability to adhere to fixed daily schedules and productivity goals
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems while making calls
- Reliable home internet (10 Mbps download/upload minimum)
- Quiet, professional home workspace

- Total pay range: $15.00–$26.93/hour (based on experience and location)
