Schedule
- Remote, US-based (verified high-speed internet required)
- Paid Training: 10 days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Call Center Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST
- Actual shift assigned at time of hire
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour via auto-dialer
- Offer and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with providers
- Follow approved scripts (20+) and handle rebuttals with courtesy and professionalism
- Achieve daily goals: 300–400 dials, 24 appointments set, quality & adherence standards
- Adjust, reschedule, or cancel member appointments as needed
- Track performance metrics (appointments, calls, handle time, productivity)
- Report complaints or escalations to Engagement Managers immediately
- Follow HIPAA and security guidelines to protect member health information
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ year of call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience
- Outbound call center or high-volume environment experience (preferred)
- Strong persuasive communication skills with professional courtesy
- Ability to adhere to fixed schedules (start, breaks, lunch, end times)
- Computer proficiency with multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Friendly, high-energy, and customer-focused mindset
