Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week), Remote
- Paid training: 10 days, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST (required)
- Call center hours: Mon–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (your actual shift set at hire)

What You’ll Do
- Make about 50 outbound calls per hour using an auto dialer
- Use 20+ approved scripts to explain the offer and handle rebuttals
- Hit daily performance goals (examples listed: 300–400 dials/day, 24 appointments/day, plus quality and schedule adherence)
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers
- Track metrics like appointments set, handle time, and productivity in reporting tools
- Escalate complaints/issues to leadership quickly
- Follow HIPAA and privacy/security rules while handling protected health info
What You Need
- High school diploma preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience
- Comfort with a metrics-driven environment and fixed schedule (start time, breaks, lunch, end time)
- Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems while on calls
- Confident, persuasive communicator who can rebut respectfully
