Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote, must reside in Oklahoma
- Call center hours: Monday–Sunday, 7 AM – 9 PM CST (actual shift assigned at hire)
- 10 days paid training (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 4:30 PM CST)
Responsibilities
- Make ~50 outbound calls per hour (300–400 daily) using an auto-dialer to schedule health evaluations.
- Follow approved scripts, handle rebuttals professionally, and ensure members understand the program.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed for members and providers.
- Meet daily metrics for dials, appointments, attendance, and quality.
- Document all activities and escalate complaints immediately to supervisors.
- Follow HIPAA and security guidelines when handling patient information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience
- Previous outbound or high-volume call center experience strongly preferred
- Persuasive communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Ability to adhere to structured daily schedules (start, breaks, lunch, end)
- Strong computer skills; able to use multiple systems simultaneously
