Schedule
- Full-time, permanent remote position (U.S. only)
- Two shifts available: 9:00am–5:30pm EST or 12:30pm–9:00pm EST
- 8.5-hour workdays, Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to patients regarding preventive screening kits
- Educate callers on the benefits of early detection and preventive health screenings
- Help resolve issues and encourage patients to complete and return their kits
- Deliver compassionate, consultative conversations while meeting performance goals
What You Need
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to de-escalate challenging calls
- Competitive mindset with a track record of stable job history
- High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
