Schedule

  • Full-time, permanent remote position (U.S. only)
  • Two shifts available: 9:00am–5:30pm EST or 12:30pm–9:00pm EST
  • 8.5-hour workdays, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to patients regarding preventive screening kits
  • Educate callers on the benefits of early detection and preventive health screenings
  • Help resolve issues and encourage patients to complete and return their kits
  • Deliver compassionate, consultative conversations while meeting performance goals

What You Need

  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to de-escalate challenging calls
  • Competitive mindset with a track record of stable job history
  • High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
