Schedule
- Remote, full-time
- Required paid training: 10 days, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Call center hours: Mon–Sun, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM CST (shifts assigned at hire)
What You’ll Do
- Make 50 outbound calls per hour using an auto-dialer to schedule free health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts, handle rebuttals with professionalism, and secure appointments
- Meet daily metrics: 300–400 dials and 24 appointments per shift
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed; escalate complaints appropriately
- Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines while managing member information
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required
- Outbound/high-volume call center experience preferred
- Persuasive, professional, and courteous communication skills
- Ability to follow a structured daily schedule and meet performance goals
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable home internet (minimum 10 MB upload/download) and quiet workspace
