What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment status
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account discrepancies professionally
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Enova’s CRM system
- Collaborate with the collections team to refine strategies and best practices
- Ensure full compliance with collection laws and internal policies
- Handle sensitive financial situations with empathy and discretion
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in collections, ideally outbound-focused
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace tools
- Knowledge of federal and state collection regulations
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
Compensation
- $21.00/hour
