What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to schedule attorneys for short, procedural hearings
- Deliver scripted dialogue clearly and professionally to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Meet or exceed established goals and performance metrics
- Participate in daily stand-up team meetings to review priorities and progress
- Provide customer-focused support while maintaining ABC Legal’s professional standards
- Learn multiple aspects of the business quickly and adapt to evolving responsibilities

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Analytical and problem-solving skills—able to turn information into actionable solutions
- Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating digital tools and data systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mindset, eager to “roll up your sleeves” and take on challenges
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
