Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Training: 4 days, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Production: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST; Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to individuals potentially eligible for Medicaid
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines while verifying household and income eligibility
- Explain benefits, enrollment timelines, and required documentation
- Support members through the application process or direct them to the appropriate channels
- Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Resolve barriers such as confusion, missing documents, or language needs
- Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance during all member interactions
- Deliver excellent service to underserved or vulnerable populations with empathy and professionalism
- Meet and exceed goals related to call volume, QA scores, and enrollments
What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, scheduling, or retention (with strong objection-handling skills)
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Calm under pressure and committed to a positive customer experience
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and organization
