Be the first voice patients hear when they’re referred into Cadence’s remote monitoring program. This is an outbound, relationship-heavy role where you’ll explain the program, handle objections with empathy, and enroll patients with confidence while still hitting productivity targets.

What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls to enroll patients referred by partner physicians
⦁ Clearly explain program benefits, expected outcomes, responsibilities, and value to patients
⦁ Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care Team
⦁ Build rapport and trust quickly, creating a strong first impression of Cadence
⦁ Follow established scripts for QA while adapting your tone to feel authentic and human
⦁ Balance high-quality conversations with productivity goals in a metrics-driven environment
What You Need
⦁ Experience in a healthcare services organization with accountability to performance metrics
⦁ Prior experience making a high volume of outbound calls
⦁ Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including objection handling
⦁ Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and staying organized independently
⦁ Commitment to patient confidentiality and handling sensitive information
⦁ Comfort using CRM tools and documenting work cleanly
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Patient-first mindset and a genuine desire to deliver a great experience
⦁ Ability to thrive in a results-driven, autonomous environment built on feedback and trust
